Through this partnership, the need to fill out handwritten shipping labels will be eliminated for the official brand trade-in and product return services provided by Free Standard, and the service will also support anonymous shipping. Simply present the QR code—which is automatically generated after submitting a trade-in request—to a convenience store, a Yamato Transport branch, or a sales driver who visits your home to complete the shipping process.
Through this initiative, we aim to provide a new experience that allows anyone to easily and confidently pass on a garment filled with memories to the next person, making it simple for everyone to participate in a sustainable cycle.
